Marvel Con '75 through a ten year old's eyes!

To be clear, photos with this kid are from Will Alovis! Thanks, Will!
Ken and I had a hoot talking about adventure as a ten year old at Marvel Con '75, the first hosted by Marvel Comics Group. Did he meet STan? Did he pose with Red Sonja? Did he put his face in a cut-out? The pictures tell the tale...but why not listen to Ken himself? Look him up on imdb for a big smile, too. He's a massive Submariner fan, has some great Golden Age comics you'll never pry from his cold cybernetic hands, and was a big fan of Hulk, Spidey and The Thing back in those classic times, too. I have more of our audio I think I'll spring on you one day where we talk fan stuff and a bit about his career. And Harold, I almost have our interview ready, too! I had like two hours to wade through but I have almost isolated the Marvel Con stuff. I see a conglomerate Marvel Con podcast coming in March where I put out the other stuff from everyone with whom I spoke...and if I could find the host of the Movie Nights, Captain...Itchy, was it?

It was the year Jack was Back. And Stan, Roy and the Bullpen were everywhere, and that's fact! Ken donated many pictures more, but I'm saving a few just for the BAck Issue article, too!
Some of Ken, Harold Parker, and Will Alvois' great photos...

Good to be back from the holidays! Here's how I spent some of the time, along with writing a new song and helping fix things around the house and oh yea, even some partying and games and good eats.

    1. Sure! I think this will do it. https://creatingmarvels.podbean.com/e/marvel-con-75-with-hollywood-sound-guy-ken-segal/ I often do put in a direct download link but this stupid blog's coding is making the addresses I copy appear but not be 'actionable' so they have to be copied again into the browser. I figured it out once before...
